Responsibilities
• Analyse network composition, performance and market dynamics to identify gaps, risks and growth opportunities
• Develop and execute provider recruitment strategies aligned with value-based care goals
• Evaluate prospective providers based on quality performance, capacity and strategic alignment
• Coordinate provider contracting activities and support agreement execution
• Review provider agreements and documentation for business, operational and regulatory alignment
• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective providers through recruitment and onboarding
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with physicians, provider groups and healthcare organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams including Value-Based Care, Business Development, Operations and Credentialing
• Analyse provider pipeline, recruitment progress and network performance data
• Prepare summaries, insights and recommendations for leadership

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in provider network development, healthcare operations, managed care or a related field
• Experience in provider relations, contracting or network development preferred
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience making recommendations that impact outcomes
• Understanding of provider network development, healthcare contracting and value-based care models
• Knowledge of CMS, Medicare and Medicaid regulatory requirements
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build provider relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel within the service area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools
