Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• 2+ years in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs
• Strong experience with software development tools and platforms
• Comfort working with the command line
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to mentor peers through training and shadowing
