Responsibilities
• Listen to, analyse, and transcribe Norwegian audio and video content following detailed constraints and instructions
• Produce high-quality written outputs in Norwegian, with supporting work in English when required
• Capture nuances such as tone, intent, register, and regional variations where relevant
• Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Norwegian and English
• Run prompts through language models and assess generated outputs
• Evaluate responses for accuracy, completeness, fluency, and instructional clarity
• Participate in QA and review cycles to ensure tasks and outputs meet quality standards

Requirements
• Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian and professional fluency in English
• Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Ability to accurately transcribe and analyse Norwegian audio content across general consumer contexts
• Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week
