Responsibilities
• Open and inspect downloaded office artifacts across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats
• Perform side-by-side comparisons of two candidate responses and choose the stronger one
• Evaluate content, layout, formatting, formulas, visual structure, and overall presentation against task requirements
• Grade AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics
• Provide written feedback to help improve model behaviour
• Participate in onboarding office hours and calibration sessions

Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience producing and reviewing office documents
• Hands-on familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to independently open, navigate, and inspect downloaded office files
• Strong eye for formatting, presentation detail, and intended output quality
• Excellent written communication skills and close attention to detail
• Experience in roles involving Excel, Word, or PowerPoint, such as finance, consulting, operations, administrative support, or executive support
