Responsibilities
• Administer and configure Slack workspaces at a user level to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow
• Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks
• Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions for new users
• Analyse Slack usage metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and implement effective Slack solutions
• Troubleshoot user-level Slack issues and provide timely support and guidance

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Slack user
• Strong proficiency with Slack administration including managing channels, user access and notifications
• Experience setting up workflow automations within Slack
• Expertise integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions
• Comfort analysing Slack usage metrics and preparing actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
