Responsibilities
• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency
• Annotate, organize and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Notion
• Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling
• Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment
• Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new instructions and feedback
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools
