Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications using Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver software solutions that meet evolving business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to testing and deployment
• Communicate clearly with distributed teams in written and verbal formats

Requirements
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Python, Rust, Go, Java, Node.js, Android, iOS, or full-stack development
• Proficiency in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems
• Experience working in remote, collaborative, and agile environments
• Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a distributed setting
