Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards and brand guidelines
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights and user testing outcomes
• Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning
• Communicate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical team members

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Impeccable sense of aesthetics with an eye for modern, clean and accessible design
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers and AI-focused teams
• Solid understanding of user-centred design processes and methodologies
