Responsibilities
• Utilize Canva extensively to create, edit and manage a variety of design assets for AI training purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets
• Document design processes and decisions clearly to support effective AI training and data annotation
• Provide constructive feedback on Canva workflows and usability
• Maintain organized repositories of creative materials and ensure proper version control
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to team discussions focused on process improvement

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Canva at a user level (not advanced designer/graphic artist)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to follow guidelines and instructions precisely while maintaining creativity within set parameters
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote working best practices
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets efficiently
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
