Responsibilities
• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics topics
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to Supply Chain and Manufacturing topics
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations and write accurate, well-structured solutions
• Evaluate supply chain tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

Requirements
• 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations or Logistics at recognizable top-tier organizations (e.g., Amazon, Apple, P&G, Boeing, Tesla, Caterpillar, Unilever, 3M, GE, Walmart, Deere & Co., Pfizer)
• Demonstrable history of progressive career growth (e.g., Supply Chain Analyst → Supply Chain Manager → Director of Operations or equivalent)
• Deep, specific focus in core supply chain or manufacturing functions
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
