Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers across clinical research methodology, interpretation, and scientific communication
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, rigor, clarity, and contextual relevance
• Review outputs for accuracy, safety, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in study design, endpoint selection, bias, confounding, statistics, clinical trial methodology, and evidence interpretation
• Fact-check medical and scientific claims and write model solutions that demonstrate correct research reasoning
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, misleading evidence interpretation, unsafe recommendations, and bias
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences, PharmD, MD, DO, RN, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in clinical research across academia, hospitals, CROs, biopharma, public health research, or similar settings
• Strong understanding of study design, endpoints, inclusion and exclusion criteria, sample size intuition, and result interpretation
• Comfort evaluating effect sizes, confidence intervals, p-values, multiple comparisons, missing data, and sensitivity analyses
• Deep understanding of bias, confounding, and causality concepts
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations or GCP principles is a plus
• Minimum C1 English proficiency with strong scientific writing skills
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote contractor workflow
• Prior experience in AI data training, medical editorial QA, systematic reviews, or guideline work is strongly preferred
