Responsibilities
• Edit and proofread Estonian texts to ensure grammatical, stylistic, and contextual accuracy
• Translate content between Estonian and English, maintaining meaning and nuance
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated Estonian text for fluency, clarity, and relevance
• Collaborate with developers and linguists to optimize language models for Estonian usage
• Analyze linguistic data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors
• Provide expert feedback on language-specific projects and initiatives
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal communication to support cross-functional teams

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in Estonian with exceptional command of grammar and vocabulary
• Proven experience in editing, proofreading, and translating Estonian content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Solid understanding of linguistic principles and language technology
• Ability to analyze and review complex language data critically and constructively
• Experience collaborating in remote multicultural teams
• Self-motivation and reliability with a passion for language innovation

Nice to Have
• Background in computational linguistics, localization, or natural language processing
• Experience as an AI trainer or with AI-driven language projects
• Familiarity with language annotation tools and quality assurance processes
