Responsibilities
• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies
• Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment
• Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

Requirements
• 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, LEK, Strategy&) or equivalent in-house strategy function at a Fortune 500 company
• Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent)
• Deep expertise in a core consulting practice such as strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
