Responsibilities
• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Operations-related topics
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations
• Write accurate and well-structured solutions to Operations problems
• Evaluate operational tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

Requirements
• 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in Operations leadership at a recognized organization (e.g., Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, Uber, Airbnb, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey Operations Practice, GE, P&G, DoorDash, Stripe)
• Demonstrable career progression into senior operations leadership (e.g., Operations Manager → Director of Operations → VP of Operations, or COO track)
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
