Responsibilities
• Develop, adapt and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook and Teams
• Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions ensuring accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements
• Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations
• Identify trends in data labelling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and verbal presentations

Requirements
• Specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in data labelling, prompt creation or related evaluation workflows
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• US-based with availability for remote collaboration
