Responsibilities
• Construct IP scenarios spanning patent prosecution, portfolio strategy, trademark/copyright disputes, licensing, and technology transfer
• Build tasks across patent prosecution, IP litigation, trademark/copyright practice, licensing, and freedom-to-operate analysis
• Develop scenarios involving IP tools (PatSnap, Innography, USPTO PatFT, Anaqua, CPA Global, claim-charting tools)
• Apply IP methodologies and produce reference patent applications, office action responses, licensing agreements, and litigation memoranda
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic IP judgment from generic recall

Requirements
• 5+ years working as an IP attorney or patent agent at a major IP firm or corporate IP department
• Direct ownership of patent prosecution portfolios, licensing negotiations, or IP litigation matters
• Fluency in IP tooling and methodologies, including USPTO/EPO procedure and international treaty systems
• Recognized professional credential strongly preferred (JD with bar admission and USPTO patent bar, or international equivalent such as European Patent Attorney)

• Technical/STEM background
• Prior rubric or training authorship experience
